Purchasing a home, condo, land, or commercial/ industrial property is the single largest investment that you will make in your lifetime. The real estate agent, vendor, bank, city, and yourself all have a vested interest in your purchase. That's a lot of people involved. Combine that with changing property values, market trends and new laws.

Obviously the key word is "value". We approchiate may be hired by a company or institution to perform any of these duties, but we can be also hired independently to give you an objective opinion on any of these subjects.
